Celebrating #TacoTuesday 🌮 at home by trying to recreate my all time favorite 𝐓𝐚𝐜𝐨𝐬 𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫. Pork Shoulder 24hr marinated in achiote paste, guajillo and vinegar then slow roasted on a skewer with pineapple. Maybe not quite as good as Mexico City but it will more than do for now 😋
